Our Clients are mainly limited liability companies (LLC’s) and sole proprietorships (together accounting for about 70% of all Clients). We also advise partnerships (general partnerships, professional partnerships, limited partnerships), as well as foundations, and associations.

Having a professional approach to the matters entrusted to us by our Clients, we always ensure that our Clients are informed about the planned scope of our legal services, including their duration and estimated costs. Our Clients also receive up-to-date information on the status of their cases.

We understand the needs of our Clients at every stage of their business development, which is why the services provided by our law firm cover both areas essential for those just starting their business adventure (companies formation, assistance with starting a business for sole proprietorships) and for those who have been in the market for a long time (ongoing corporate legal services for companies, partnerships and sole proprietorships, drafting contracts in commercial transactions, handling disputes in commercial proceedings before courts, carrying out mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as expanding business activities abroad).
