Kaisa Studio

Kaisa Studio Production and Marketing is a single-person studio in Tagbilaran, Bohol, working with businesses across Bohol, Cebu and the wider Visayas region of the Philippines.

Clients are the businesses that make up the local economy here — island resorts and dive operators, restaurants, dental and medical clinics, couturiers and retailers, construction firms and property agents. Most arrive running on a Facebook page or a template site nobody has updated in years. Neither answers the question a customer is actually asking, and neither is legible to the systems that increasingly answer those questions on the customer's behalf.

Every build includes the step most web projects skip. Prices, services, opening hours and location are published as structured data and then verified as retrievable, so that when somebody asks an assistant for a dentist in Tagbilaran or a resort on Panglao, the answer comes from the business's own published facts rather than a guess or whichever aggregator ranks that week. Before and after states are recorded, so clients can see what changed rather than take it on trust.

Sites are static, fast and built mobile-first, because nearly all traffic in this region arrives on a phone over an uneven connection. Local search work covers Google Business Profile categories, directory presence and on-site optimisation. Sites can be delivered in English, in Cebuano/Bisaya, or both — an option few studios serving this region offer.

The studio also produces video and image content for advertising, and handles the marketing work around a launch: listings, ad copy, captions and the tracking needed to know whether any of it worked.

Pricing is published rather than quoted on request. One person handles every project from first conversation through launch and afterwards — the person a client messages is the person writing the code.
