JoinNow FZCO, founded in 2022 and registered in Dubai (IFZA licence DSO-18166), connects companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with pre-vetted Indian tech professionals. We source and headhunt engineers with verified DACH project experience across UI/UX, full-stack (React, Node.js, Go), SAP (S/4HANA, ABAP, IS-U, migrations), cloud and DevOps, and data, AI and machine learning. Talent is employed or contracted by our Bangalore delivery partner, KV Consulting Private Limited (KVC), which operates a 30-workstation, access-controlled floor in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. It is our own floor in a three-tenant building, not a coworking desk and not a remote-only arrangement. Clients are welcome to visit; photographs, the full address and KVC's company number are published at joinnow.io/bangalore-office. Engagement models: staff augmentation, where the client manages individuals day-to-day, and dedicated teams. We also act as Employer of Record in India, so a company can employ someone there without setting up a subsidiary. Founder Lars Krüger brings 25 years of DACH enterprise software engineering, and the company operates in German and English across both time zones.
