Jademond Digital is a research-led Chinese digital marketing agency founded in 2012 in Guangzhou, China, by Kun Tang. The company name combines "Jade" — China's most prized gemstone — with "Mond," the German word for moon, reflecting the agency's mission to bridge East and West. Jademond is both a strategic consultancy and a hands-on execution partner, operating from offices in Guangzhou and Tianjin with a team of predominantly Chinese-native specialists. The agency's five core service areas cover the full spectrum of China's digital landscape: Baidu SEO, Chinese social media marketing (Xiaohongshu/RedNote, WeChat, Douyin, Weibo, Kuaishou), China e-commerce management (JD.com, Tmall, Tmall Global, cross-border commerce), KOL and influencer marketing, and Chinese AI search optimisation (AIO/GEO) for emerging platforms including Baidu's ERNIE Bot, Doubao, Kimi, and Tongyi Qianwen. What distinguishes Jademond from other China marketing agencies is its research foundation. Tang and Pentzek co-authored "SEO for China: Chinese Search Engine Optimization" (2022), the most comprehensive English-language guide to Baidu SEO.
