ITSailor

ITSailor is the IT practice of Michal Jatczak, registered in Malta and working across the EU. Itruns Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure for organisations of roughly 10 to 250 people, andproduces the evidence afterwards: dated, sourced, and written so it can be forwarded to anauditor or a board without being rewritten first.

Most IT providers are measured on tickets closed. This one is measured on whether the recordholds up when somebody outside the company reads it.

What that looks like:

Microsoft 365 and Entra ID: tenant build, conditional access, hardening against CIS and Microsoft baselines, ongoing management- Read-only tenant monitoring: licence spend nobody reassigned, OAuth applications nobody approved, settings that moved since last month, reported monthly against the tenant's own audit data- Departure evidence: one record per leaver, built for reviewers working to DORA Articles 28 to 30 and NIS2 supervision- Azure: landing zones with budgets and policy guardrails in place before workloads, cost control, restore drills that end in a dated result- Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing supplied alongside the engineering

How it works: one engineer, start to finish. No account manager between you and the person doingthe work. Every engagement closes with a handover pack, so the tenant, the subscriptions and therunbooks stay in your ownership and another provider could pick them up without calling us.
