Inuits is an IT staffing company based in Kraków, Poland. We help technology companies across the US and Western Europe build and grow engineering teams; through staff augmentation, direct recruitment, and strategic advisory when companies need more than just a hire. The US has been our primary market since we founded in 2019 and still accounts for roughly half our business today. That shapes how we work: distributed teams, async-first collaboration, and getting remote hires embedded into teams they haven't necessarily met in person and making it stick fast. Our core model is Talent-as-a-Service. Your team needs a backend developer, a Big Data engineer, a DevOps specialist, a UI/UX designer. We find the right person, verify technical and cultural fit, then handle everything in the background: employment contracts, payroll, compliance under Polish law. You direct the work. One transparent monthly invoice, no lock-in. Beyond augmentation, we run direct IT recruitment for companies building permanent headcount, and provide IT strategy consulting and business consulting for clients navigating market entry into Europe, technology transformation, or scaling decisions that need senior input before they need more headcount. Engagements start as small as one professional and scale significantly, our largest active partnership has had over 40 people embedded at once. We cover backend and full-stack development, Big Data, DevOps and cloud infrastructure, UI/UX design, and AI-adjacent roles.
