Inferencia Digital S.A. is an AI automation company founded in 2025 in Panama City. We design and deploy intelligent agents that operate inside real business environments, working alongside people to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and operational capacity.

Our AI agents connect directly with the systems companies already use—including CRMs, ERPs, e-commerce platforms, telephony, calendars, databases, and internal workflows—allowing them to perform real tasks rather than simply answer questions.

We build voice and conversational AI solutions for customer service, sales, appointment scheduling, lead qualification, collections, reception, support, and other high-volume operational processes.

Every implementation is designed with clear rules defining what the AI can resolve autonomously, what requires human involvement, and when a conversation or task should be transferred to a person.
