Imperatif Call Centre Partners is an Australian-owned contact centre based in Brisbane, serving clients Australia-wide since 2010.

We provide outsourced inbound services, including phone answering, customer service, helplines and credit card order lines, plus outbound telemarketing, B2B appointment setting, lead generation, telesales and telephone surveys. We also build and run AI voice agents for businesses that want calls answered around the clock.

Every agent is Australian-based. We are a boutique operation rather than an enterprise BPO, which means clients deal with a named team that knows their business, not a rotating offshore pool. Industries we work across include automotive, charity, real estate, travel, finance, retail and dining, technology, franchise and co-op networks, and beauty and fashion.

Every call is recorded inbound and outbound, data is cleansed on an ongoing basis, and campaigns are reported against KPIs agreed up front. A recent appointment setting campaign for a Brisbane home services client produced 204 booked appointments and 158 sales from 500 calls.
