Imaginary Planet is a Portland-based animation studio focused on character-driven storytelling. We blend traditional and digital techniques to create original short films, animated series, and commercials that resonate. We’ve worked on everything from indie shorts to large-scale productions and multi-episode series, but we stay small by design. That means we collaborate closely with creators, helping shape stories from the ground up and bringing them to life with care, craft, and a shared creative spark. Beyond animation, we offer development support, script advisement, and writing workshops with our partners—strengthening the narrative foundation of every project we take on.
