Ilmiö is a Helsinki-based talent partner focused exclusively on tech and IT roles across the Nordics. We combine full-cycle recruitment with flexible IT subcontracting, so companies can hire permanent talent and bring in contract specialists through the same partner.

Our recruitment services cover everything from agile candidate matching for urgent or exploratory searches to full executive search for senior and leadership roles (AI, engineering, data, cloud, DevOps, product, and tech-commercial positions). For teams that need ongoing hiring capacity, we also work as an embedded talent partner, joining client teams on a subscription basis to run recruitment and build in-house hiring capability.

Alongside recruitment, we also provide senior tech freelancers and contractors, engineers, data specialists, and QA professionals for project-based work when companies need extra hands without a permanent hire.

We work with digital-native scale-ups and traditional enterprises building internal tech capability, primarily in Finland and the wider Nordics, in both Finnish and English.
