Most of our work starts the same way. Two or more systems need to share data and don't: a website that can't talk to the ERP, a CRM that doesn't feed forecasting, an AI tool that can't see the product catalog or the customer record. We design the workflow that removes the friction, then build the integration that makes it hold.

We usually enter through the website, because it is the highest-leverage connection point in most companies' stacks. More systems meet there than anywhere else: CRM, ERP, search, warehouse, payments, analytics, and now AI. From that entry point we architect for everything that needs to connect downstream.

We have done this work for more than 10 years. For Robots.com, we rebuilt a 200,000-SKU B2B commerce platform with two-way ERP and warehouse sync, and stabilized integrations that had been failing monthly, across a three-year relationship. For Kirei USA, we redesigned a site that needed a developer for every change into one the marketing team now runs on its own.
