Hummingbird International, LLC is a U.S.-based IT asset disposition (ITAD) and e-waste recycling provider founded in 2010, operating a certified R2v3 facility in Westampton, New Jersey, and serving clients nationwide with same-week free pickup in most metros.

We work with IT, security, compliance, and facilities teams at mid-market through Fortune 1000 organizations, including healthcare, financial services, government, education, and technology clients, to retire end-of-life hardware securely and with defensible documentation.

Our model centers on one coordinated program all four stakeholders can approve: low operational friction for IT and facilities, and audit-ready evidence for security and compliance.

Every data-bearing device is sanitized to NIST 800-88 (clear/purge with verification) or physically shredded on-site or off-site, and each engagement produces a Certificate of Destruction, serial-number logs, and a signed chain-of-custody organized as a filing-ready evidence pack. Operations are handled by U.S.-based, background-checked technicians using sealed media bins, tracked transfers, and documented handoffs. Where hardware retains value, we remarket or liquidate it responsibly so recovered value can offset program cost; everything else is recycled under R2v3 downstream due diligence with a zero-landfill commitment.

Hummingbird holds R2v3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications, and integrates with enterprise workflows such as ServiceNow to automate pickup requests, approvals, and proof of delivery. Our aim is straightforward: make the retirement of IT assets predictable, secure, and documented, so the people who sign off on it can do so with confidence.
