Human Software

Human Software is an agile software development consultancy working with true leaders to achieve digital transformation.

We are guided by one key insight; human attention and enthusiasm. These are the most precious things in the Universe. We believe all technology should enhance, engage, and empower people, enabling them to focus on the higher-value activities in their lives such as leadership, care, and craft.

This insight guides everything we do and has enabled us to unlock enormous potential in businesses and brands across the UK.

We are technology agnostic and have significant skill and experience crafting bespoke solutions across cloud, web, and mobile; integrating with many different systems, frameworks, technologies, and APIs of all forms and flavors.

We are agile; meaning we are fast, we prove by doing, we believe in intense collaboration to mitigate risk, we champion shared understanding, and we embrace continuous evolution and improvement of software.
