Flexibility: You grow, your team grows with you.

Loyalty: High staff retention rate

Communication and documentation: Onsite project managers ensure the success of your project

Dedicated offices: We run our own secure office spaces including onsite HR and project management, team events and client branded rooms All developers work out of our offices each day.

Our office is based in Ukraine’s 2. largest city called Kharkiv, known for its top maths, IT and science universities. All our developers come with University degrees and good English level. Our second office is located in Western Ukraine.

How are we different? We invest heavily in the work culture at our offices and pay a lot of attention to the culture fit of any new hires. We've noticed that this is an often neglected point in development recruitment.
