Hindcast Labs helps HR and People teams turn AI interest into practical, low-risk workflows. We work with CHROs, People Ops leaders, and growing teams that want better ways to analyze employee feedback, support managers, improve onboarding, search internal knowledge, and reduce repetitive HR work without adding unnecessary tool sprawl.

Our work combines AI adoption roadmaps, hands-on training, and workflow design using current models from OpenAI and Anthropic. We do not sell slideware or generic prompt lists. We build and operate AI-enabled products ourselves, including FeedbackPulse for employee listening, and use that product experience to design systems that fit real People Ops constraints.

Typical engagements start with a focused audit or roadmap: where AI can create leverage, what data and policy constraints matter, what the first 90 days should look like, and how the team can use AI outputs while keeping human judgment and privacy front and center. From there we help teams create repeatable workflows for survey analysis, pulse feedback, onboarding, policy support, reporting, and internal enablement.

Hindcast is founder-led by Naz Avo and works remotely with clients across APAC, Oceania, the United States, and other global markets.
