HiKit Studio

HiKit Studio is a digital studio in the Chicago area. Since 2018 we have built websites, online stores and applications for small and mid-sized businesses across the United States, and run the marketing and automation behind them.

Five disciplines, one team. The people who design your site are the people who build it, market it, and connect it to the systems you already run. Nothing is passed to a subcontractor, and nothing arrives with a seam down the middle.

Digital marketing. Search, local search, paid media on Google and Meta, social and content.

AI and automation. Voice agents, chatbots, lead response measured in seconds, client onboarding and reporting, built onto the systems you already operate.

Brand and video. Identity, UI and UX, print and motion.

Application development. iOS, Android and web applications, from first release through to production.

Every engagement begins with a written scope: what will be built, in what order, what it runs on, and a section stating plainly what is excluded. Pricing is fixed per phase and agreed before work begins.

You work directly with the specialists delivering the project. Each client is given a private workspace showing the current state of the work, what we need from them, and every proposal, invoice and report in one place. Each deliverable carries a verification step the client can perform themselves, which is how we define finished.
