How we work

Flat per-user pricing, no surprise invoices, and no hourly billing for the problems we were hired to prevent. Plans start at $89/user/month and include monitoring, patching, and help desk. Higher tiers add 4-hour and 2-hour critical response with an after-hours emergency line.

We are local. When something needs hands on it, we come to you rather than routing you to a call center three time zones away. Our standard is enterprise practice at a small-business price: the monitoring, documentation, and security discipline a 500-person company expects, sized for a 12-person office.
