Hekate is an Artificial Intelligence startup founded in 2016 in Vietnam with the mission of “Bringing the benefits of Artificial Intelligence to everyone”. Hekate Artificial Intelligence research and development areas include: Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (Computer Vision) and Machine Learning (Machine Learning) and Blockchain (Token and NFTs). The AI Platform developed from Hekate has supported more than 10,000 businesses in digital transformation, business model improvement and customer care. Hekate is a private sector partner of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) for Sustainable Development Goals 2030 (SDGs) and receives funding from technology companies such as Facebook, Google, Amazon, Microsoft. After nearly 5 years of establishment and development, Hekate is proud that its products have made many impressions in the community such as the tourism chatbot product Danang FantastiCity that was applied during the APEC 2017 summit week, Chatbot 1022 is one of the 10 best smart city products in the world voted by Gosmart, the virtual friend product Sumi has attracted more than 11 million users or Messnow has helped more than 10,000 businesses change the way they communicate with their customers.
