Hatchi Digital was founded by a team who first met while working together at HubSpot, where they discovered a shared way of approaching problems — curious, creative, and practical. After HubSpot, the founders' paths diverged into consulting, entrepreneurship, community management, product development, and even ventures outside tech entirely. These varied experiences taught them that the strongest solutions come from combining different perspectives rather than relying on a single viewpoint.

Some of the team later reunited at Baskey, a HubSpot partner consultancy, where they worked hands-on with organisations to implement CRM systems, build marketing and sales processes, and automate workflows. This work revealed a recurring pattern: companies rarely struggled with just one platform — they needed support across research, strategy, technology, and implementation working together.

Recognising that their collective expertise spanned far beyond the HubSpot ecosystem — into AI tools, website development, community programmes, and digital infrastructure — the team brought it all together to found Hatchi Digital, a consultancy built to help organisations connect strategy, systems, and execution.
