Grid Theory designs and builds AI-native software systems for businesses ready to modernize how they operate, full application platforms, custom CRMs and client portals, AI agents with persistent memory, business process automation, and the integrations that make a whole stack act like one product.

Custom means we solve your problem, not a template's. We engineer in whatever stack the job calls for, TypeScript web applications front to back, Python and C++ for data science and ML, native Rust for systems work — and our clients own the code and the infrastructure when we're done. We work daily across Google Cloud (Vertex AI, GKE, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, Workspace APIs, OAuth2/IAM) and ship production voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and Slack agents on Vapi, Twilio, and ElevenLabs.

For true AI-native platforms — sub-minute tick frequency, 24/7 microservices, agents whose memory must survive sessions... we build on Grid, our proprietary co-residence substrate where the agent's memory and the system's state are the same artifact. For everything else, we use the right standard tool. That dual-stack honesty is the discipline.

Recent work: Wrangler OS, an insurance CRM with chat, voice, pipeline, and AI coaching; a dealer-onboarding platform for a TPA warranty provider that replaced dozens of separate DocuSign flows with one conditional document workflow, shipped in three weeks; and a lead engine and operations build that 3x'd a permanent-lighting company's lead volume in 90 days.
