Recent work includes rebuilding an inherited 1.5-million-line healthcare platform to production readiness in under 30 days, handling more than 400 reviewed work items and 700+ automated test files; delivering a transaction reconciliation and assertion layer for a crypto-neobank; and building AI-enabled products and controlled WhatsApp workflows. Grail-built systems support client operations serving more than 10,000 end customers.
