About us

Geniuses Recruiting was started by Slav Ben-Ari. Slav has worked in the tech industry for a long time and has built strong development teams. He used to be the R&D Director at Rakuten Viber, where he set up and managed R&D centers in Georgia and Eastern Europe. He knows how hard it can be to find talented tech people, and he really cares about helping companies find the best ones.

What we do

Finding talent: We know many talented software developers, QA, and tech support professionals in Georgia and Eastern Europe. We make sure each person has the right skills and experience before we recommend them to you.

Managing the hiring process: We take care of the whole hiring process, from finding people to interviewing them and getting them started in their new job. This lets you focus on your business while we find the right people for your team.

EOR (Employer of Record): We can be the official employer for your remote tech workers, taking care of all the legal and administrative stuff like payroll, taxes, and benefits.

Outstaffing services: We can give you a dedicated team of tech professionals who work only for your company. This can be a good way to grow your team without the cost of hiring full-time employees.
