In 2021 Tadeas and Laszlo, our directors decided to create a 3PL that is better and more efficient than other similar companies in the UK. Both of them worked with fulfilment centres before, and they noticed that things like customer service and transparent pricing are what make the difference in this industry. Everybody needs to know how much is it gonna cost before they sign up, making sure there are no hidden fees. Many companies have hidden fees that can really make a difference on your bill. Secondly, customer service. For us, good customer service is on another level. You will get an account manager who will know your stock, and give you recommendations on how to save money, and what services to use, most importantly, when there is an issue, you can personally call him/her without waiting in line. And this is why The Fulfilment Experts was born.
