In my previous roles as VP Finance at Audible (an Amazon company), COO of Galieo Health, and CFSO at June Homes, I set the organisations up for scale through shaping strategy, process creation /re-engineering, financial insights, and developing the leadership team. In doing so I realized how beneficial thoughtful, holistic leadership in the finance function can be to unlocking the potential of a business.

I work as a Fractional CFO, executive coach, and general adviser to start-ups and scale-ups.
