About Fountech
Most enterprise AI pilots never reach production. The reason is rarely the model. It is the last mile: data, integration, evaluation, security, and the engineering that turns a demo into a system people rely on.
Fountech exists for that last mile. We build custom AI models, AI products, and agentic systems, and we take them to production, where they actually run and create value. We are an engineering firm, not a slideware shop.
What makes us different: we build and run our own AI ventures on the same stack we sell, so we have direct skin in the game. We have been working in AI since the 1980s, with decades of reusable code, libraries, models, and know-how, which means we start most projects well down the road and ship faster with fewer failures. A senior team delivers working software in weeks, not quarters.
The easiest way to start is the AI Production Audit: a fixed-scope, fixed-price diagnostic for a stalled or planned AI initiative. You leave with a production architecture, a delivery plan, and a fixed price to get there. If you build with us, the audit fee credits against the build.
Services: AI Production Audit and Rescue, custom model and product builds, agentic systems, fractional Chief AI Officer (Virtual CAIO), and managed operation after launch.
