Forma Pro

Forma Pro is a senior product engineering company helping product organizations build and evolve complex, data-intensive software.

Since 2001, we have worked with startups and established product companies on systems where engineering is closely connected to business logic, operational workflows and data.

Our strongest areas include marketplaces and platform monetization, attribution and partner systems, FinTech, logistics software, learning products, data-intensive workflows, matching and recommendation systems, and applied AI/ML.

We work in three main formats:

• Embedded senior engineering teams — experienced engineers working inside an existing product organization and stack.• Focused delivery streams — bounded product, data, integration or AI/ML challenges with clear ownership and deliverables.• Product builds and rebuilds — from working product flows through production hardening and release.

We use AI-assisted engineering where it improves delivery efficiency, and applied AI/ML in products where the problem and data justify it. Clients retain control of product decisions, codebase and infrastructure.

Forma Pro combines 25+ years of engineering experience with a small senior team, direct collaboration and a practical focus on software that has to work reliably in production.
