Flint Leads is an industrial growth firm headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with a presence in Mumbai, serving manufacturers, OEMs, and industrial suppliers across India and the Gulf. We work exclusively with the manufacturing sector: CNC and precision machining, aerospace components, heavy machinery OEMs, industrial automation, sheet-metal fabrication and structural steel, and automotive Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.

Our focus is one outcome: qualified RFQs. In industrial B2B, a procurement buyer decides whether to trust a supplier before they ever send an enquiry, by Googling the company, reading its LinkedIn, and comparing it against competitors. We build the digital presence and the outreach engine that get manufacturers onto the shortlist and keep qualified RFQs flowing.

The firm is run by Sajid (12 years in procurement and structural-steel project engineering, including the Riyadh Metro) and Arjun (business intelligence and analytics at a global engineering consultancy). We are engineers who became marketers, which is why we speak the language of the factory and the procurement desk.
