FlashBox is a same-day delivery solution providing fast, cost-effective, and reliable deliveries for all businesses for as low as $6 per parcel.

How it works

We pick up and deliver parcels on the same day. Orders must be placed before 11 a.m. and will be delivered to customers between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. by our professional suite of drivers.

Commercial address deliveries take place over two days, being delivered the morning after they are picked up between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

FlashBox Hubs can also be used for businesses requiring less than the minimum parcel requirement to be picked up on any single day. By dropping off at any Hub location before 12 p.m., your parcels will be delivered that same evening for no extra cost.

Our most loved features

Flat-rate pricing: one price per parcel as low as $6 no matter the size, weight, or final destination. This includes parcel insurance, proof of delivery, signatures at drop-off, and two free attempts at delivery.

Live tracking experience: customers are notified throughout the entire delivery process with SMS and email notifications and can view their driver's location live on a map.

Custom tracking page: merchants can easily increase customer loyalty and brand recognition by adding their logo to the tracking page

Live customer support: Canada-based customer support experts are available six days a week through chat, email, and phone.
