Fireflies Management is an independent senior freelance PR consultancy helping founders, scale-ups and purpose-led organisations shape their narrative, build trust and earn meaningful visibility across the UK, US, Canada and ANZ.

Founded by Maria Jordan, Fireflies combines 15+ years of senior, hands-on PR experience with an AI-era approach to communications. Clients work directly with the person leading the strategy and delivering the work, from narrative development and earned media to campaign activations, crisis communications, media training and funding-round PR.

Fireflies specialises in NGO and purpose-led communications, technology and AI, travel and hospitality, sport and major events, genealogy and heritage, and lifestyle and consumer PR.
