How we workWe start by aligning on one goal metric and the user behavior behind it. Then we run lean research, design the IA and flows, build interactive prototypes, and move to visual UI and a system of tokens and components. Handoff includes specs, screen IDs, acceptance criteria, and an event schema so engineering can build with confidence. We test early and often and we measure after release.
