Our mission is to serve our customers with the highest quality consulting services and solutions in the Information Technology sector. Our Head Office is based in Montréal, Quebec with branch activities in Québec city, Ottawa, France and the United States.

Founded in 1992 we offer a wide range of IT services to Blue Chip and Middle Market customers in the private enterprise as well as the public sector. Out technical expertise coupled with our knowledge of the North American and European markets has helped us develop a unique knowledge base that we share with our consultants and customers.

Facilité’s success over the years is largely based on our ability to rapidly adapt to the constantly evolving technical and business needs of our customers. We wish to maintain our position as an agile, flexible, efficient and trustworthy partner in the Information Technology world.

We wish to be perceived as business partners, as opposed to suppliers, to our customers by offering tailored services at the highest levels of industry standards.

A majority of our consultants are grouped within our six Centers of Excellence and Innovation (CEI). They include: Cybersecurity-IAM, Web and mobile development, Quality Assurance and Automation, Agile implementation and coaching, Project Management, Architecture and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery planning. Each CEI is managed by a full time Director recognised as a leader in the sector. It is through our CEI’s that we offer the majority of our Value Added Solutions. They also help us attract and retain the best talent, keep them up to date in industry trends and accompany them on a dynamic career path. The CEI ensures that out teams are well trained, certified and up to date on best practises though our Gartner partnership. They participate in the development of our methodologies, tools and processes, and are always available for ad-hoc advice or opinions for our customers.
