I’m Eglė Tertelė, a marketing strategist. I help established businesses achieve sustainable, consistent growth through Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, social media marketing and email marketing.

I work with e-commerce, service-based and physical-location businesses that have moved beyond the “let’s try marketing” stage and want to delegate their marketing with confidence. My role is to look beyond individual ad metrics and strategically manage the profitability of the entire sales funnel.

I manage paid advertising as part of a sales system, not as an isolated channel. I combine strategy and execution, continuously test and optimise campaigns, and make decisions based on data.

I work with a limited number of clients so I can understand each business, product and market in depth. My Slow Burn Scaling and retrospective optimisation approach focuses on building stable, long-term growth rather than short-term spikes.
