Epicora

Epicora is a Brazilian software house based in Chapecó, Santa Catarina. Since 2023 we have delivered more than 60 projects for companies that outgrew spreadsheets, off-the-shelf systems and legacy software nobody wanted to maintain.

We build the software that runs an operation: custom business systems, digital products and SaaS, mobile apps for iOS and Android, integrations with the ERPs our clients already use, and AI applied inside a method rather than bolted on top.

In practice: 11 published case studies across 9 industries, clients named. A financing operation for an 11-dealership network. Food-safety traceability for a protein exporter. An offline-first field app that replaced a legacy system in a live sales operation. An NR-1 psychosocial risk platform whose technical report is written by AI. A sheep genomics platform that turns a 4.3 GB lab file into a one-page report per animal. Three of our products are on the App Store and Google Play.

How we work: we investigate before we quote. Discovery and a written scope come before any proposal, and a clickable prototype is validated with you before the first line of production code. Delivery is incremental, every change is tested in staging, and we stay close before, during and after go-live.

What sets us apart: where a business's rules change often, we make the rules data, not code. Our clients' own specialists maintain the catalogues, protocols and criteria their systems run on, without a developer in the way.
