Embarc Advisors is an M&A and CFO advisory firm founded by Jay Jung, a former Goldman Sachs investment banker and McKinsey consultant. The firm was built to give startups, small businesses, and the middle market Fortune 500-level advice, without Fortune 500-level fee structures.

We advise on both sides of M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side), debt and equity capital raises, and provide strategic CFO services, including FP&A and financial due diligence. Rather than charging success fees tied to a percentage of deal value, we bill hourly, like a law firm. That structure keeps our incentives aligned with client outcomes, rather than running a high-volume, fee-driven pipeline.
