Over a decade ago, EL-ITE consulting's Owner, was going through a full HCM implementation, merging three systems into one. During what she thought was supposed to be an exciting time, she found things to be a lot different. The stress of having to know the ins and outs of how an employee's time is being calculated, all things payroll, taxes, data migration, and internal training for over 3,000 employees on top of doing her normal payroll job; she vowed to find an easier way.

Over the next decade, she worked with multiple software companies and started to see the patterns, the holes within most HCM partners, and what clients struggled with the most. This is why we exist: to fill the voids between software companies to partners and partners to clients.
