e-Sharp is an AI strategy and implementation consultancy based in Israel, founded by Shahar Peer after more than two decades leading technology, e-commerce and digital transformation programmes for large organisations.

We work with the companies most AI vendors skip: manufacturers, importers and distributors running real operations on established ERP, CRM and WMS systems, where a failed integration costs far more than a failed experiment.

Our work spans four areas. AI strategy and roadmapping — we begin with diagnosis, not technology, mapping existing processes and prioritising initiatives by expected return. Autonomous AI agents for B2B sales, service and internal operations, primarily on Voiceflow, integrated with CRM and ERP and deployed across web, WhatsApp and voice. B2B e-commerce and agentic commerce platforms built for B2B reality — complex catalogues, customer-specific pricing, quotation and approval flows. And rapid internal-tool development using AI-assisted engineering, with full code ownership transferred to the client.

Past engagements include leading Israeli manufacturers in plastics, pool technology and optics, alongside international consumer brands, hospitality groups and fintech companies.

Change management is not an afterthought in our process — in traditional industry it is usually the real constraint. Most AI projects fail not because the model was wrong, but because nobody mapped the process first.
