DT Group

At DT Group, we bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. We do this with a focus on training and mentoring your employees to solve their own technology needs. This greatly reduces the number of items that enter the 'submit to IT and wait' cycle. Instead, as an operations owner, you have control over which projects get prioritized.

To do this, we help companies adopt what is called a Citizen Development (CD) program. Citizen development involves training your business users on tools to solve their own problems. These tools allow rapid development to occur through: screen recorders, drag-and-drop and configuration with minimal or no coding. Business users can quickly learn and adopt these tools.
