Dollphin

A Strategic Design consultancy founded as a collaborative platform.

Our constantly growing team consists of experienced professionals, specialists in their own field, who create innovative experiences, systems and services for ambitious brands, products and organizations.

Our focus is on Service Design and Customer Experience for online or offline products and services, by employing methodologies from Systems and Design Thinking, while measuring results against business goals.

Our approach is human-centered design, the mindset that brings forth human needs and interactions.

What that means is that we steer away from the usual isolated boardroom decisions and lead our clients to combine their business goals with insights we derive from talking to the people who will use their products or services, in order to unveil possible issues before going into production and thus prevent them from wasting precious resources. That's the way to effective problem solving and achieving innovative solutions.
