Doingly is a product engineering and technical consultancy. We build software from scratch, and we fix software that was built too fast.

Most of what we're hired for falls into four areas.

Product engineering. We take an idea to a production system: architecture, build, deployment, monitoring. Recent work includes Housdy, a two-sided property marketplace with separate buyer and builder portals, a scoring engine running multiple analyses across fifty-plus parameters, real routing and drive-time data, a credits and billing system, and shareable generated reports. Designed and built end to end.

AI code rescue. Teams increasingly ship fast using AI coding tools, then discover that working code and production-ready code are different things. We audit those codebases and make them safe to scale: authorisation, secrets handling, query performance, rate limiting, dependency risk, and the architecture decisions that were never made.

Security and infrastructure. Application security reviews, cloud configuration audits, infrastructure hardening, and incident remediation. We work on the public surface and inside the system, and we report findings with fixes rather than severity scores.

Fractional CTO. Senior technical judgment for founders without a technical co-founder: architecture decisions, hiring, vendor assessment, and technical due diligence preparation.

We also work white-label for design studios, agencies and consultancies who win technical work they can't staff. We deliver under your brand, you keep the client relationship, and we sign a mutual NDA and non-solicit before anything starts.

We price fixed fees against defined scope rather than hourly rates. Our estimates should be our problem, not yours.
