Digital Agent is a Bulgaria-based AI automation agency helping businesses in hospitality, real estate, and e-commerce eliminate repetitive work and scale smarter with custom AI solutions.

We specialize in building end-to-end AI automation workflows using n8n, OpenAI, and Anthropic models — from intelligent chatbots and voice agents to CRM/ERP integrations and data analytics pipelines. Our clients range from boutique businesses to multi-property hotel chains operating across Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania.
