Different Projects Ltd.

We collaborate with product teams at both large enterprises and early-stage startups using a blend of lean startup, lean UX, agile and Design Thinking tools and techniques unique to your problem or opportunity.

Whether we’re helping at the product discovery/strategy stage for a new product or helping to optimise or redesign an existing product, we guide you towards the right problem to solve by focussing on the user (your customer) first and foremost and discovering together how you can best add value to their lives.

Our work emphasises outcomes and we help you establish metrics that matter for your product’s success. Often, our final deliverable is a functional prototype for your product validated with real user insights and a prioritised product backlog/roadmap you can start to build with. If you need help with development, we can form a team of developers to help build and launch as well. Throughout our work with you we’re independent and technology agnostic partners, either working within your technology constraints or letting technology choice be guided by customer needs.

We've completed successful engagements with clients across the UK, USA and Europe.
