DevsTeam

DevsTeam is a WordPress support and maintenance company. WordPress is the only thing we do, and we have done it since 2012.

You deal directly with an owner, not a sales rep. Our co-founder and CTO is a Codeable-certified WordPress developer and a WordPress.org contributor since 2015, and he signs off on the code before it reaches your site. Behind the two founders works a small team of developers, security specialists and marketers, so the right person handles each job.

What we help with:

• Maintenance and care plans: updates, backups, uptime monitoring, monthly reports
• Emergency support when a site is down or broken
• WooCommerce support for stores and checkouts
• Security hardening and malware removal
• Speed and Core Web Vitals optimization
• WordPress SEO
• Custom theme and plugin development
• White-label WordPress support for agencies and freelancers

Everything runs as a ticketed desk with clear response times: an 8-business-hour reply on the starter plan and a 2-hour written SLA on our core plans, with a dedicated account manager and an emergency line for agency clients. Care plans start at $49 a month on a three-month term, and agencies who resell our work get white-label pricing.

We have delivered 250+ WordPress projects for clients across the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada and Australia. If you run client sites and want a dependable team behind them, our white-label plans let you keep your brand while we do the work.

Tell us what is worrying you about your site, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
