Principal Jay DeVore is a Licensed Architect (Ohio #1015062) and MBA with 20+ years of hands-on experience in complex real estate development and construction management. As an expert witness, he provides authoritative testimony in cases involving construction defects, contractor standard of care, eminent domain and condemnation, real estate valuation disputes, stigma damages, highest and best use analysis, and delay/disruption claims — in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels.

As an Owner's Representative, Jay protects client interests from inception through closeout: selecting and managing design and construction teams, monitoring budgets and schedules, enforcing quality standards, and resolving disputes before they escalate. Clients include developers, investors, institutions, and legal counsel.
