We use AI throughout our own delivery process, AI-assisted architecture, automated test generation, continuous code review, which is what lets us ship production software in weeks rather than months. What we do not automate is judgement. Architecture decisions, scope boundaries and code review stay with senior engineers, because the failure mode of AI is a confident, coherent, wrong answer.
