Then we go into the 7-Steps.

1. Audit: We shadow how the work really moves, not how the org chart says it should. Expect questions, screen shares, and access to the systems you already use.

2. Reporting: Every finding in writing, with the cost attached, ranked worst first. Nothing is recommended yet. This is what is true, not what to buy. You can stop here and keep the report.

3. Remediation: The simplest fixes happen first: ownership, process, turning on what you already pay for. No new software, no build. Often the biggest single jump. Process change, not a software purchase.

4. Solution Design: Only what remediation could not fix gets designed, and you approve a fixed scope at a fixed price before anyone builds anything. No surprise invoices. Ever.

5. Delivery: Built to the agreed scope against milestones you sign off one at a time. You see it working before it is called done. Nothing ships without your sign-off.

6. Resolution: We go back to the number the audit used to justify the work and re-measure it the same way. If it did not move, we say so. Before and after, same definition.

7. Tracking: For a full quarter after go-live we keep watching those numbers and adjust the build where results fall short. Tweaks inside that window are included, not re-quoted. A quarter of measurement after go-live.
