Erin\'s background runs the gamut from mother to academic to entrepreneur. After spending about half her life as an administrator and HR supervisor at universities and Silicon Valley start-ups, Erin then spent eight years pursuing graduate degrees. One M.A. and 2/3 of a Ph.D. (and two children) later, she went into retail, founding Quinstance (2014-2018).
