DataNest

Datanest is a Montevideo-based software studio that automates business processes and integrates the systems companies already run. We work with SMBs and mid-market teams across Latin America and the United States.

Most of our projects start the same way: critical information lives in three places at once — an ERP, an e-commerce platform, and a spreadsheet one person maintains by hand. We connect those systems so data moves on its own, then automate the manual steps around them.

What we do:

Systems integration. ERP, e-commerce, CRM, billing and logistics platforms talking to each other in real time. We keep more than a dozen integrations running in production today (Shopify, Odoo, Zeta Software, courier and warehouse APIs), monitored and maintained under monthly support.

AI development. Assistants, document generation, data extraction and agent-driven workflows built into live, production ready operations — not demos.

Custom software. Multi-module management platforms that hold the business rules a spreadsheet no longer can: dual-currency accounting, automated bank reconciliation, cost allocation, commission rules, role-based reporting.

Technical consulting. A short assessment that maps where the manual work and the operational risk actually sit, and what is worth automating first.

How we work:

The four owners do the delivery. There is no account layer between you and the people writing the code. We build AI-first, which is why small dev pods can ship what usually takes a larger team, and why we can quote fixed scope with short, testable iterations instead of open-ended hourly work.

Engagements range from monthly integration support to full custom platforms. We work in English and Spanish, from UTC-3 — a full working day of overlap with North America.
