Why do we do what we do and why is it valuable?

We do it because traditional consulting basically has become an outsource. Clients pay for an additional workforce that takes over the control on some parts of their business because clients’ employees are too short in numbers, or too busy, or both to deal with these problems by themselves. However, hiring consultants may lead (and often does) to the point when the company can no longer control the parts that consultants are controlling.

Our main uniqueness is defined by the policy of zero dependency. In contrast to traditional training and consulting companies, we do not offer a workforce to solve the problems of our clients. We offer a skill (or set of skills) for our client’s employees that would make them capable of solving current and future challenges. By investing in employees by hiring Darwinist, not only will the client receive fast and tangible results within a period of just one week, but also ensure employees’ capability in the long-term which makes our client avoid the burden of employee turnover.

What does ‘next-gen’ mean?

It means we offer a hybrid of training and consulting. On one hand, we do solve our client’s problems. On the other hand, we do it by the hands of client’s employees.
