CWarner Grant Management & Consulting, LLC provides budget, bookkeeping, financial reconciliation and grant administration support to organizations that manage restricted, sponsored or grant-funded money.

Founder Claudia Warner spent more than 25 years as a research and departmental administrator at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Columbia University, Vanderbilt University, the University of Washington and Oregon Health & Science University - building and monitoring annual budgets, reconciling accounts, processing invoices and reimbursements, preparing financial reports, administering subcontracts, and closing out grants and contracts on deadline.

Budget & Bookkeeping: annual budget preparation, budget monitoring, account reconciliation, expense review and allocation, invoice and payment processing, expense reports and reimbursements, variance analysis, internal controls.

Financial Reporting: monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, Financial Status Reports, cost transfers, closeout reconciliations.

Grant & Contract Administration: pre-award budget development and proposal preparation; post-award monitoring, compliance, subcontract and subrecipient administration, effort certification, audit preparation and closeout. NIH, NSF, Department of Defense and private foundation awards.

Administrative & Operational Support: executive and departmental support, purchasing, personnel and HR administration, policy and procedure documentation, records management, calendar and travel coordination.

Who we work with: universities and academic medical centers, research institutions, hospitals and health systems, federally qualified health centers, community nonprofits, public health agencies, and small businesses managing grant or restricted funds.

Engagements are available hourly, project-based, or on a monthly retainer. Remote nationwide from Yonkers, New York.
