We started Curriculo ATS in 2024 after watching too many recruiters drown in tools that were built for the hiring manager, not for the person actually doing the work.

Most ATS software forces recruiters to live inside dashboards, kanban boards, and candidate cards nobody updates. We rebuilt the whole thing around the inbox the recruiter is already in.

Today Curriculo ATS is used by in-house talent teams, recruiting agencies, and hiring managers at startups and SMBs. The autonomous hiring agent handles the volume work: screening hundreds of resumes per role, sending personalized outreach, scheduling intro calls.

The recruiter spends their time on the conversations that actually decide hires. Candidates are scored 0 to 100 against the role, with reasoning the recruiter can read and override.
